How does the Appointment Website Design Service work?

Once you've selected the pre-priced plan that's right for you and your business vision/idea, you'll submit the required documents to one of our Web Specialists who will set you up with a free consultation.

Who supplies the content needed for my new Appointment Web Development or website?

Most if not all of the content needed for your new custom Appointment Website will be taken from your current web design. If you currently do not have a website online, you will be charged for a new Web Development instead of the special price set for Appointment Web Properties.

How do I get my free domain?

Your Assigned Web Developer will help you choose your domain name during your free initial consultation. Domain can be purchased before or during the consultation phone meeting. Domain name must be registered before your Web Development can start.

What if I want to add or swap an image from my new Appointment Website?

You are responsible for providing additional content if requested by you or your Web Specialist. You cannot swap images if they are not the same size that are currently posted. The new image cannot change the design or layout, otherwise, there will be a charge to redo a layout or design.

Do you use Templates to design your Websites?

Yes and No. We will create a template from your current web design to develop your custom Appointment Website. We do not use paid or external templates to design any of our Web Properties.

What if I see my design on someone else's Website?

All Appointment Websites have similar layouts but unique designs. If you see your exact Web Design at a web address that does not belong to you, contact us immediately and we will give you suggestions of what you should do. You can also view our Copyright article here.

How can I prove that I am the owner of my new design?

A "Web Property Title Guide" is provided to each Web Property Owner after their Website launches. These documents will have everything you need to prove that you are the owner of your Web Design.

How can I provide feedback to you about the web design being developed for me?

You will have the chance to view your custom Appointment Website before it launches. This will be your time to check for content errors. Your Web Specialist will provide you with this information when it's time.

Can I update my Appointment Website once it is launched?

Your web files will be written in computer language. In order to make updates/edits/changes to your custom web files, a basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, and JavaScript is needed. We do have an in-house maintenance department called WIP (website insurance plans).

If I cancel my services with GriotSites.com, what happens to my custom Appointment website?
 
Once you have paid for your custom Appointment website in full, you can request to have it zipped in a file and transferred to you over the internet for a fee of $15.00.  We recommend that you backup your own files via your cPanel and move them out before you cancel your services.

Yes! We offer email, phone and live chat support options with our premium packages. All other inquiries are handled through our email service.
