Our Booking Policy

Our appointment schedule is very tight. We ask that you cancel at least 8 hours prior to your appointment.

Web Specialist will attempt to call you twice within the same hour on the scheduled date and time. If you do not answer on the second call attempt, the appointment will automatically cancel and NO refund will be issued for missed appointment.

Free Appointments

• "Free" appointments are a one-time offer per person.
• If you miss a "Free" appointment for whatever reason, you will no longer qualify for a free session.

Paid Appointments

• Appointments are paid at the time of scheduling. Payments not received at the time of scheduling will not be processed.
• You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if you do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No exceptions!
• 50% of the refund is issued if you cancel your appointment within 8 hours before your appointment.
• 0% refund will be issued if appointment is not cancelled by the scheduled appointment date. No exceptions!
